* Updated package.json to include litesvm dependency. * Modified tsconfig.json to use 'nodenext' module. * Added litesvm test cases for transferring SOL using both CPI and program calls.

The
LiteSVM-based tests for theTransfer SOLexample have been added and the deprecated Bankrun setup has been removed. Dependencies have been updated and the TypeScript configuration has been switched to nodenext for consistency with modern tooling.CC: @jacobcreech @Perelyn-sama
